  • Wonderful! I am excited for your journey ahead. The energy transmissions will be released on the first of each month respectively, beginning in March with the Root Chakra and finishing in September with the Crown Chakra.

  • You can work with the chakra transmission for as many days as you like until it feels completed for you before moving to the next chakra transmission.

    For deep work and maximum benefit consider listening to and receiving the chakra transmissions for a period of 21 days, taking a break for 7, before moving on to the next chakra.

    As all 7 recordings are available you might then try an ‘Energy Refresher Week’ whereby you will receive the Root Chakra Transmission on Monday, The Sacral on Tuesday and so on until the week is completed. Track your progress by keeping a note in your diary of how you feel before and after this completing the ‘Energy Refresher Week’. What do you notice?
