Light Body Upgrade

Upgrade your Light body. The human energy field is made up of several layers. The terms etheric body, mental body, astral body and emotional body are all aspects of the light body. During this session I will work with spirit to determine where there are blockages within the light body and continue to remove the density from your field creating space to allow more light to enter and be held by the luminous body, thereby raising your vibration.
The higher the frequency of your energy or vibration, the lighter you feel in your physical, emotional, and mental bodies. You experience greater personal power, clarity, peace, love, and joy. Your life flows with synchronicity, and you manifest what you desire with ease.

As these sessions are guided by spirit they vary in length from 30 mins to 1.5 hours. Your higher self determines the level of healing and restructuring that is best for you at that time.
A series of sessions is ideal. Working in increments allows the body time to integrate and maintain the increased level of light in the body.
As we are working with the energetic field, sessions can be conducted in person or remotely.
Reiki

Reiki induces relaxation, and can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, pain, fatigue, improve sleep and release emotional blockages. Reiki is known to improve your overall mood and wellbeing.
Reiki is a gentle energy healing treatment that works holistically; on the whole body, mind and spirit. This Universal life-force energy or prana is channeled through the practitioners hands and transmitted to your field stimulating your body’s natural healing abilities and balancing the subtle bodies energies. Just like we need blood to flow freely through our body's circulatory system we also need prana to flow freely through our system of meridians, which are pathways that carry energy through the body.
Distance Reiki works according to an ancient principle called the Hermetic Law of Similarity, which holds that we are all connected, as we are all made of energy and part of a larger whole. Invoking this law during a distance Reiki session allows the practitioner to link up to the energy field of the recipient.
Sound Healing

Sound Healing sessions utilise Tibetan Singing Bowls which entrain the brain to move into Theta brain wave frequencies inducing a deep meditative and restorative state. The sound vibrations penetrate and harmonise on a cellular level releasing blockages, and promoting healing from anxiety, stress, pain, depression, and most forms of dis-ease by restoring the normal vibratory frequencies of out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul.
Each bowl has been masterfully crafted to resonate with and harmonise a particular chakra. There are 7 main Chakras or energy centres in the body that are each connected to various organs and glands. Each chakra resonates at a specific frequency, and so can become stimulated and vibrate in the presence of a corresponding frequency or sound, a scientific phenomenon known as “harmonic resonance” restoring wellbeing, and balance in the body.
Vocal toning and chanting may also be present during the session.

Intuitive Balinese Massage

Intuitive Balinese Massage combines an ancient deep tissue, whole body massage with Reiki Energy. Using deep pressure to release areas of tense knotted tissue while channeling universal energy a healing process for the body on all 3 levels is facilitated; physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Balinese Massage improves circulation and stimulates lymphatic drainage helping remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues, restoring vitality to the body and balancing it as a whole.
This massage is not suitable for pregnant women.
